★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu computador novo apenas para fazer transferência do backup dos dados do antigo... Serviço bem simples. Apenas pedi desconto para o serviço e o atendente (que se diz dono da loja, mas não é) disse que em 1 hora o serviço estaria pronto que poderia buscar o computador. Fui resolver outras pendências em outro local e voltei uma hora após como combinado. Ao chegar lá, ele falou que não estava pronto ainda e que iria demorar mais 40min para ficar pronto, mas eu não poderia esperar mais 40min (pois ainda iria dar plantão no Hospital pouco tempo depois). Falei que ele deveria ter me ligado para avisar que não estava pronto, assim não teria dado viagem perdida de um local longe. Ele apenas respondeu que era assim mesmo que eu que tinha que ligar, eu que tinha me preocupar (que em outra loja o serviço demoraria 30 dias para ficar pronto, mesmo sendo um backup feito em Hd externo). Fui no dia seguinte buscar o computador logo pela manhã. Chegando lá, encontrei os computadores jogados no balcão, o atendente (o mesmo do outro dia - tal de João) não sabia onde estava a fonte do computador (ia me dar a fonte de outro cliente, que eu insistentemente disse que não era a minha). Depois de muito procurar, disse que não ia mais procurar que eu teria que esperar o técnico chegar para achar. Insisti muito, então, depois de 40min, ele achou a fonte. Na hora de pagar inventou que tinha de ser em dinheiro pq era com desconto, que qlqr pessoa sabe que qdo se paga com desconto tem que ser em dinheiro. Disse que eu era muito exigente, que fosse sacar o dinheiro e não queria nem saber (não poderia pagar em cartão). Elevou o tom de voz e disse que não voltasse mais lá, que fosse em outra loja da próxima vez, que ele era o dono da loja e não fazia questão de cliente. Fiz reclamação formal na loja de venda que fica do lado, eles falaram que o dono é outra pessoa (waldemir o nome do dono). Então, ficamos totalmente insatisfeitos com o serviço, atendente muito mal-educado e grosseiro. Nunca mais voltaremos lá.
I left my new computer just to transfer backup data from the old one ... Very simple service. He just replied that it was just like me who had to call, I had to worry (that in another store the service would take 30 days to be ready, even if it was backed up in external HD). I went the next day to pick up the computer in the morning. Once there, I found the computers lying on the counter, the attendant (the same one from the other day - such as João) did not know where the source of the computer was (he was going to give me the source of another client, which I insistently said was not mine) ). After a lot of searching, he said he was not going to look any more and that I would have to wait for the technician to arrive to find it. I insisted a lot, so after 40 minutes, he found the source. When it came to paying, he invented that it had to be in cash because it was discounted, that any person knows that when you pay with a discount it has to be in cash. He said that I was very demanding, that I was going to withdraw the money and I didn't even want to know (I couldn't pay by card). He raised his voice and said not to go back there, to go to another store next time, that he was the owner of the store and did not insist on a customer. I made a formal complaint at the store next door, they said that the owner is someone else (waldemir the name of the owner). So, we were totally dissatisfied with the service, very rude and rude attendant. We will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Não levem seus produtos para esta loja!!! Me disseram que o problema no pc era uma coisa, quando levei em outro tecnico era outra coisa e eles ainda mexeram no que não devia. Acabaram queimando minha placa mãe.
Terrible !!! Do not take your products to this store !!! I was told that the problem with the pc was one thing, when I took it on another technician it was something else and they still worked on what shouldn't. They ended up burning my motherboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, quem tenha equipamentos de valores bem elevados não coloquem nas mãos dessa empresa, pois eles n tem capacidade, organização e segurança para resolver o seu problema. Eles n emitem uma ordem de serviço e o recibo deles costumam n constar nada. Tomem muito cuidado, pois levei um notebook avell para fazerem uma limpeza lá e o not veio com um cooler sem estar funcionando , as temperaturas ficaram tão elevadas que papocaram minha placa de vídeo gtx 1050 ti de 4 gb. Eles bateram boca comigo e disseram que o notebook já foi dessa forma para eles. Recomendo que n confiem peças de altos valores a eles.
People, who have equipment of very high values do not put it in the hands of this company, because they do not have the capacity, organization and security to solve your problem. They do not issue a service order and their receipt usually does not contain anything. Be very careful, because I took an avell notebook to clean it there and the not came with a cooler that was not working, the temperatures were so high that it popped my 4 gb gtx 1050 ti video card. They chatted with me and said that the notebook was already that way for them. I recommend that they do not entrust high value pieces to them.
