Porque mudanças em geral são muito desgastantes, no entanto tive muita sorte, pois o trabalho deles foi excelente. Tanto cumpriram horários, me ajudaram a empacotar o que faltava como guardaram tudo com cuidado. E principalmente, o trabalho era combinado por hora, mas não os vi enrolando em momento algum. Foram super ágeis, inclusive estava perto de 12hrs e eles não pararam. Como faltava pouco, finalizaram tudo de manhã mesmo. Fiquei muito feliz por ter conseguido resolver em uma manhã. Os senhores que me ajudaram tbm foram muito educados. Parabéns!
I made my move with them last year. Today I happened to find the receipt and decided to evaluate. Because changes in general are very stressful, however I was very lucky, because their work was excellent. They fulfilled schedules, they helped me pack what was missing as they packed everything carefully. And most of all, the work was done by the hour, but I did not see them coiling at any moment. They were super agile, even it was close to 12hrs and they did not stop. They lacked everything, finished everything in the morning. I was very happy to get it sorted one morning. The gentlemen who helped me were also very polite. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive tanta dor de cabeça em mudança como tive quando fiz com essa empresa, quebraram um pé do sofá, a porta de um móvel e vários outros problemas. O pior que aconteceu ainda foi eles terem falado que iria cobrar um valor X enviando uma certa quantidade de pessoas, e no dia enviaram a menos e queriam cobrar o mesmo valor. Uma total falta de respeito com os clientes.
I've never had so much headache in moving as I had when I did it with this company, they broke a sofa leg, a furniture door and several other problems. The worst thing that happened was that they said they would charge X amount by sending a certain amount of people, and on the day they sent less and wanted to charge the same amount. A total lack of respect for customers.
