★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente Banco do Brasil. Meu seguro é do BB. Mas o BB contratou a Mafre, que oferece um péssimo trabalho. Contratou somente a AutoClass para fazer os reparos nos parachoques. E esta empresa nāo tem condições do que foi contratado no seguro. "Infelizmente" fui obrigado a fazer o reparo por conta própria e pagar do meu bolso. Nāo foi NECESSÁRIO, fazer a troca da peça. Era apenas reparo. E o serviço ficou ótimo.
I am a Banco do Brasil customer. My insurance is from BB. But BB hired Mafre, which offers a terrible job. It only hired AutoClass to repair the bumpers. And this company has no conditions of what was contracted in the insurance. "Unfortunately" I was forced to do the repair myself and pay from my pocket. It was not NECESSARY to exchange the part. It was just repair. And the service was great.
