★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a 3 anos e não concordo com a política das porcentagens anuais, não são totalmente esclarecidas ou quem atende não tem total esclarecimento pois uma joga o problema pra outra e o cliente smp acaba pagando TDS os meses com uma pulga atrás da orelha ao menos eu me sinto assim o atendimento maior eh só na hora de pagar os boletos bancários

Bad experience with this IRRESPONSIBLE company, I paid a lot more than 3 years ago, delivery of the lots has already passed the deadline and now the LOTEAMENTO VILLA JUÁ IS EMBARGED FOR IRREGULARITIES FROM THE IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enganação total com os clientes, loteamento vila juá em Juazeiro do Norte embargo pela prefeitura com documentação atrasado do loteamento, estão sem prazo para entregar a infraestrutura, as obras paradas descaso total só querem vender, em caso de destrato do cliente ficam com 50% do valor pago e ainda pagam parcelado.

me arrependo até hoje de ter comprado com essa empresa.
