Bom, minha história é longa, mas vou tentar resumir: Em 2018 caí num golpe, dei uma "pequena entrada" em dinheiro para uma certa cooperativa habitacional e nunca recebi a casa que me prometeram. Perdi o dinheiro e fiquei muito frustrada. Foi um grande sofrimento. Porém, este sofrimento me serviu de experiência, passei a ficar mais atenta e a ser mais cuidadosa. Então, em 2020, voltei a procurar por casas à venda na internet, e vi alguns anúncios da Forte na OLX. Um dos anúncios me chamou atenção, fiquei muito interessada em uma determinada casa. Então, antes de entrar em contato com a Forte, pesquisei tudo sobre eles na internet, pois morria de medo de cair num novo golpe. No entanto, quanto mais eu pesquisava, mais eu ficava encantada, pois encontrei várias avaliações positivas na internet, e nenhuma reclamação. Isso me incentivou, me deu uma boa sensação de segurança, e finalmente entrei em contato com eles. Fui atendida pelo corretor Raphael, que é um amor de pessoa. Agendamos uma visita, e meu marido e eu fomos conhecer o imóvel. Poucos dias depois, voltamos à imobiliária, assinamos a promessa de compra e venda, e demos início ao processo de financiamento bancário. A partir daí, tudo aconteceu muito rapidamente. Eu achei que o processo seria lento, demorado, mas me surpreendi. São várias etapas, mas foi tudo muito rápido. Em menos de 3 semanas, recebemos a notícia de que nosso financiamento havia sido aprovado, e assinamos o contrato com a Caixa Econômica Federal. Foi um momento muito emocionante para mim, uma grande vitória, e eu não teria conseguido sem a Forte.
Agradeço imensamente ao corretor Raphael, que foi muito atencioso e bastante paciente comigo e com meu marido. E, principalmente, agradeço a Josiane, que foi responsável por toda a parte burocrática, e sempre mantinha contato comigo pelo Whatsapp, sanando minhas dúvidas e me mantendo informada sobre tudo.
Vocês são uma bênção, e eu só tenho a agradecer!

Well, my story is long, but I will try to summarize: In 2018 I fell in a coup, gave a "small entry" in money to a certain housing cooperative and I never received the house that I was promised. I lost money and was very frustrated. It was a great suffering. However, this suffering served me as an experience, I became more attentive and more careful. Then, in 2020, I went back to looking for houses for sale on the internet, and saw some ads from Forte on OLX. One of the ads caught my attention, I was very interested in a particular house. So, before contacting Forte, I researched everything about them on the internet, because I was terrified of falling for another scam. However, the more I researched, the more I was delighted, as I found several positive reviews on the internet, and no complaints. This encouraged me, gave me a good sense of security, and I finally got in touch with them. I was attended by the broker Raphael, who is a loving person. We scheduled a visit, and my husband and I went to see the property. A few days later, we went back to the real estate, signed the purchase and sale promise, and started the bank financing process. From then on, everything happened very quickly. I thought the process would be slow, time consuming, but I was surprised. There are several stages, but everything was very fast. In less than 3 weeks, we received the news that our financing had been approved, and we signed the contract with Caixa Econômica Federal. It was a very emotional moment for me, a great victory, and I would not have done it without Forte.
I am very grateful to the broker Raphael, who was very attentive and very patient with me and my husband. And, mainly, I thank Josiane, who was responsible for all the bureaucratic part, and always kept in touch with me through Whatsapp, solving my doubts and keeping me informed about everything.
