I found what I wanted, but I didn’t like the salesman’s service, he wanted me to take the defective (dented) part (aluminum balance), protested and he had to replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o fechamento do contrato me trataram muito bem. Após isso foi um péssimo atendimento!!!! Passou do prazo de entrega!!!! Até hoje não entregaram o material e se chegarem em casa e não tiver ninguém pra atender, eles cobram 50,00. Mas não irão me dar 1 centavo por dia de atraso. Já paguei duas parcelas e meu material ainda não chegou! Deixo aqui a minha indignação!!!! Primeira e última vez!!!!
Until the closing of the contract they treated me very well. After that was a terrible service !!!! Past the deadline !!!! Until today they have not delivered the material and if they come home and have no one to attend, they charge 50.00. But they won't give me a penny a day late. I already paid two installments and my material has not arrived yet! I leave here my indignation !!!! First and last time !!!!
