você cliente que for comprar algo nessa loja ,exija a nota fiscal imediatamente e outra caso precise de fazer uma troca ,esteja preparado para entrar em contato com a fábrica dos produtos que eles vendem ,pois os mesmos informam que não vão resolver que o problema é da fábrica ,se eu quizesse falar com a HDL compraria direto dela .
péssimo atendimento ,burocrático e sem solução agora a minha porta de entrada vai ficar aberta até resolver com a HDL ??????

If you are a customer who is going to buy something at this store, demand an invoice immediately and another one if you need to make an exchange, be prepared to contact the factory of the products they sell, as they inform that they will not solve that the problem is from the factory , if I wanted to talk to HDL , I would buy directly from them .
bad service, bureaucratic and no solution now my entrance door will stay open until I solve it with HDL ??????
