 I have 3 customers who paid 18 days ago and the product has not left the company. It's ridiculous, I have no words to describe such incompetence. They are great to sell, but after the sale, it's over.

The experience is not being good, as the person in charge takes more than 01 day to complete the closure. They lost the sale and we are right now requesting de-accreditation.

â â â â â Empresa de renome, atendimento do comercial Ă© excelente, preços Ăłtimos! Entretanto tem muito a melhorar na parte de TI, a nova plataforma Ă© pĂ©ssima!!! E a logĂstica para emitir nota fiscal e despachar mercadoria gasta mais de uma semana para conseguir.
Renowned company, commercial service is excellent, great prices! However, there is a lot to improve in the IT part, the new platform is terrible!!! And the logistics for issuing invoices and shipping goods take more than a week to achieve.

Tive que pagar 2 parcelas de financiamento do cliente,pois nĂŁo consegui concluir a obra pela falta do material, totalizando um prejuĂzo de R$2400 atĂ© o momento....

I had to pay 2 installments of the client's financing, as I was unable to complete the work due to the lack of material, totaling a loss of R$2400 so far....

â â â â â Comprei uma usina em Outubro de 2021 e tive um pĂ©ssimo atendimento da empresa que representa a Fortlev, nĂŁo concluiu o serviço, nĂŁo atende as ligaçÔes, nem sabem como orientar, experiĂȘncia horrĂvel, nĂŁo indico, nome nem sempre Ă© tudo.
I bought a plant in October 2021 and I had a bad service from the company that represents Fortlev, they didn't complete the service, they don't answer the calls, they don't even know how to guide, horrible experience, I don't indicate, name isn't always everything.
