★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu noivo solicitou 2ª via de certidão de nascimento pelo site do Registro Civil e demorou mais de 15 dias para ser emitida e quando pensamos que tudo estava resolvido descobrimos que o código de rastreio colocado no site está incorreto. Ninguém atende o telefone. Pagamos sedex caro, mais de uma semana e a certidão não chega!
A impressão é que o serviço de atendimento ao cidadão é péssimo!
Atualização: após conseguir contato fomos informados que a certidão foi emitida sem opção de rastreio, de modo que se prontificaram a enviar outra com o devido rastreio. Contudo, para o ápice da nossa chateação mandaram a certidão dobrada como carta. Olha, sinceramente, total falta de cuidado com um documento sério. Custava colocar em um envelope? Desgosto é a palavra mais bonita para definir meu sentimento quanto ao serviço ofertado!
My fiance requested a 2nd copy of the birth certificate through the Civil Registry website and it took more than 15 days to be issued and when we thought everything was resolved we discovered that the tracking code placed on the website is incorrect. No one answer the phone. We pay expensive sedex, more than a week and the certificate doesn't arrive!
The impression is that the customer service is terrible!
Update: after getting in touch, we were informed that the certificate was issued without tracking option, so they were ready to send another one with the proper tracking. However, to the height of our annoyance they sent the certificate folded as a letter. Look, honestly, total lack of care with a serious document. Did it cost to put in an envelope? Disgust is the most beautiful word to define my feeling about the service offered!
