★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custo benefício bom e qualidade da impressão razoável. Entretanto, das 8 fotos que pedi para revelar, 3 vieram com manchas avermelhadas e mais de uma semana depois ainda não consegui resolver meu problema. Não recomendo.
Good value for money and reasonable print quality. However, of the 8 photos I asked to develop, 3 came with reddish spots and more than a week later I still couldn't solve my problem. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não indico a ninguém! Péssimo atendimento, principalmente da gerente! Uma moça muito mal educada que trata o cliente como se estivesse fazendo um favor! Quanto as fotos, não tiveram sequer a noção de enquadrar as que não estavam no tamanho padrão. Várias foram reveladas com faixas brancas em volta! Péssimo, péssimo péssimo!!!
Unfortunately I don't recommend it to anyone! Bad service, especially from the manager! A very rude girl who treats the client as if she were doing a favor! As for the photos, they didn't even have the notion of framing those that weren't in the standard size. Several have been revealed with white bands around them! Lousy, lousy lousy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Ferreira que é legal,(o slogan da loja diz tudo) porque a qualidade das fotos são ótimas, bom preço, atendimento impecável, as atendentes tentam te ajudar de tudo e qualquer forma, a gerente é super cordial, atenciosa, acessível, e tem muita paciência, fora que o atendimento pelo WhatsApp é super prático e te atendem com prontidão. Super recomendo.
Ferreira who is cool, (the store's slogan says it all) because the quality of the photos are great, good price, impeccable service, the attendants try to help you with everything and in any way, the manager is super friendly, attentive, accessible, and have a lot of patience, besides that the service by WhatsApp is super practical and they attend you promptly. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei fazer um orçamento para revelação de uma foto 50x70 por telefone para na haver a necessidade de ir a loja em tempo de pandemia e fui informada que não posso saber o preço de produtos a não ser ir na loja ! Muito chateada com neném pequeno evitando sair de casa e não consigo um orçamento farei com a concorrência por falta de informação da loja!
I tried to make a quote for developing a 50x70 photo over the phone so there is no need to go to the store in time of pandemic and I was informed that I can't know the price of products unless I go to the store! Very upset with the small baby, avoiding leaving the house and I can't get a quote, I'll do it with the competition for lack of information about the store!

Você atravessa a cidade para chegar lá e descobrir que não pode arcar com o serviço. Qual é a justificativa para não dar o valor pelo telefone? Completa falta de respeito pelo cliente.
The store does not provide information on the price of the photo for a document over the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and she was unable to answer. You drive across town to get there and find you can't afford the service. What is the justification for not giving the amount over the phone? Complete lack of respect for the customer.
