Falta comprometimento e profissionalismo no atendimento. O atendimento aínda tem muito a melhorar. A qualidade do serviço, porém, é boa.
Second time I request service (revelation) in advance as early as morning and when I will check out late afternoon, they did not. Disrupts any commitment. Lack of commitment and professionalism in service. The service has a lot to improve. The quality of the service, though, is good.

No dia 07/05/21 umas 16:00hrs fui neste estabelecimento e fui atendida por uma moça, cuja o nome eu não me recordo, enviei umas fotos por email para ela imprimir, me cobraram um absurdo e quando eu peguei as fotos eu não olhei ,só fui olhar em casa e pra minha surpresa metade das fotos tinham sido triplicadas.....eu não pedi assim e olhei meu e-mail pra conferir se eu tinha mandando a mesma foto várias vezes e não tinham sido , então o erro foram deles, e minha filha foi na loja pra resolver e eles foram grossos e mal educados e falaram que não era problema deles , precisou meu marido ir lá e tanto o dono como a funcionária foram grossos e muito mal educados..... infelizmente é o mal de muitas pessoas que se acham superiores a outros e que não reconhece os próprios erros , triste pessoas assim , em pleno a tantas desgraças acontecendo e ainda tem uns seres humanos assim que ainda não tomaram consciência que o mundo está pedindo socorro e que fomos feitos pra evoluir , infelizmente existe muita gente tão amarga e infelizes.....como o dono dessa loja e sua funcionária ..... lamentável.

On 07/05/21 at 16: 00hrs I went to this establishment and was attended by a girl, whose name I don't remember, I sent some photos by email for her to print, they charged me absurdly and when I took the photos I didn't I looked, I just went to look at home and to my surprise, half of the photos had been tripled ..... I didn't ask for it and looked at my email to check if I had sent the same photo several times and it hadn't been, so the it was their mistake, and my daughter went to the store to solve it and they were thick and rude and said it was not their problem, my husband had to go there and both the owner and the employee were rude and very rude ..... unfortunately it is the evil of many people who think they are superior to others and who do not recognize their own mistakes, sad people like that, in the midst of so many misfortunes happening and there are still some human beings who have not yet realized that the world is asking for help and that we were made to evolve, unfortunately there are many people so bitter and unhappy ..... as the owner of that store and its employee ..... lamentable.
