★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um trabalho lá para o funcionário finalizar, e ele deixou um muito bom, mais o seguinte não ficou bom. Pq eu não pude ficar até o final, tive que sair. Quando votei não estava do jeito que queria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento cordial. Ambiente amigável e profissionais capacitados. Levei duas fotos antigas para restaurar e os atendentes foram super atenciosos. Infelizmente os computadores estavam um pouco lentos, mas dei dicas de como melhorar este detalhe.
Friendly service. Friendly environment and trained professionals. I took two old photos to restore and the attendants were super attentive. Unfortunately the computers were a little slow, but I gave tips on how to improve this detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, os atendentes ficam conversando e brigando entre si o tempo todo, parecem que estão no quintal de suas casas. Fora que te ignoram e quando resolvem te atender parece que é está fazendo um super favor. Profissionalismo zero! Molduraria cara e não cumpre prazo de entrega. Serviço de revelação aceitável.
The service is terrible, the attendants are talking and fighting each other all the time, they seem to be in the backyard of their homes. Outside they ignore you and when they decide to meet you it seems that is doing a super favor. Zero Professionalism! Molduraria expensive and does not meet delivery deadline. Revelation service acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hj lá nessa loja (07/01/2019). A loja estava cheia ninguém parou para me perguntar o que eu precisava. Fiquei no meio da loja esperando ser atendido como se fosse invisível. O dono é um senhor de óculos totwltotal impaciente com os clientes e os filhos ficam com a cara na tela do computador nem para sua cara olha, a não ser que você queira fazer um serviço mais caro. Como no meu caso era apenas uma impressão acho que por isso não deram muita importância.
I was there today in this store (07/01/2019). The store was full no one stopped to ask me what I needed. I stayed in the middle of the store waiting to be attended to as if I were invisible. The owner is a man with full-on glasses who is impatient with customers and the children keep their faces on the computer screen, even if you don't want to do a more expensive job. As in my case it was just an impression, I think that's why they didn't give it much importance.
