★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para que fizessem um backup de um vídeo que estava em um DVD para um pen drive, a funcionária Angeli Figueiredo pediu para que a atendente de vulgo Lai fizesse e a mesma se negou a fazer esse procedimento alegando não saber se abriria na tv ou até mesmo no notebook. Neste dia estava presente um rapaz de pré nome Paulo, que informou que sabia fazer e fez uma conversão dos vídeos e passou para o pen drive. Até aí tudo bem, inicialmente o vídeo rodou, com áudio e tudo só que o que não percebemos na hora é que o vídeo só estava com 9 minutos de duração no pen drive, sendo que o tempo é muito no DVD é muito mais que isso. Voltei lá dia 23/12/2021 e a tal da Angeli que diz a todos que tem filhos gêmeos, falou que não podia fazer nada, que o Paulo só é técnico de computador e que vai lá na loja dela que fica na Joana Angélica somente para consertar os computadores que estão com defeito. Quer dizer que o procedimento pode ser feito por um rapaz que nem funcionário é? Isso foi na ganância para conseguir dinheiro, fez qualquer coisa sem pensar nas consequências. Acabei sendo lesada pela dona que jogou a culpa no rapaz e ele certamente vai jogar pra cima dela. NUNCA MAIS ENTRO NESSA LOJA! Pior R$65,00 gastos à toa, se eu soubesse que a funcionária estava se negando a fazer o procedimento porque sabia que a dona é enrolada, eu não faria esse procedimento. CUIDADO GENTE, É CILADA. Atendimento bom até você pagar, depois de pago não prestam serviço de boa qualidade. Além do balcão ser desorganizado, cheio de bregueço, fios passando pelo chão em tempo de alguém tropeçar e cair. NOTA 0

I ended up being injured by the owner who blamed the boy and he will certainly blame her. I NEVER ENTER THAT STORE AGAIN! Worse R$65.00 spent for nothing, if I knew that the employee was refusing to undergo the procedure because I knew that the owner is involved, I would not do this procedure. BEWARE GUYS, IT'S A PICTURE. Good service until you pay, after you pay they don't provide good quality service.
