Na segunda vez que estive lá foi ontem e eles deram zero atenção a mim como cliente, quase nem responderam uma simples pergunta sobre o preço da moldura. Preço salgado pela localização. A moldura veio com o vidro bem sujo, mesmo estando embalado em plástico filme.
Vocês estão se justificando em vez de prezar por um melhor atendimento? Já demonstra bastante o interesse em melhorar.
I went there once and the attendant was on the phone the whole time complaining to someone and stressed, I don't know if she was the owner, but anyway ...
The second time I was there it was yesterday and they paid zero attention to me as a customer, they hardly even answered a simple question about the price of the frame. Price salted by the location. The frame came with very dirty glass, even though it was packed in plastic film.
Are you justifying yourself instead of looking for better service? It already shows a lot of interest in improving.
