★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou ex moradora e ex proprietária, local onde tive péssima experiência, e por isso posso contar em detalhes. Quando comprei meu apartamento neste local com intuito e esperança de viver bem, onde morei por 3 anos, sendo que no último ano tentando vender, suportando os problemas de um local mal administrado e que vive de aparências, com valor de condomínio não condizente, onde os automóveis são danificados e ninguém é responsabilizado ficando se com o prejuízo, e com moradores que circulam pelos andares afim de pegar informações, se tornando um incômodo.
Patriarca um ótimo bairro para residir, tanto que comprei um imóvel no mesmo bairro, mas o Condomínio Quatro Estações é uma referência negativa por todos.
 I'm a former resident and former owner, a place where I had a terrible experience, and that's why I can tell you in detail. When I bought my apartment in this place with the intention and hope of living well, where I lived for 3 years, the last year trying to sell, supporting the problems of a poorly managed place that lives by appearances, with inconsistent condominium value, where cars are damaged and no one is held responsible for the loss, and with residents circulating on the floors in order to get information, it becomes a nuisance.
Patriarch is a great neighborhood to live in, so much so that I bought a property in the same neighborhood, but Condominio Quatro Estações is a negative reference for everyone.
