★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de atendimento, pra fechar contrato foram ótimos, na resolução dos problemas não deram a assistência devida, trataram com falta de respeito toda uma comissão de formatura, não cumpriram contrato, a gerente é uma sem educação que aos meus olhos não deveria exercer o cargo em que está .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente estou tendo uma péssima experiência com a empresa. Quero rescindir o meu contrato de formatura, porém a comunicação com a Quarto Grau é muito difícil. Não respondem aos emails e quando respondem dão respostas vagas e genéricas. Além disso, a empresa mudou de endereço e não informou aos contratantes. Não quero nada além do que é meu direito e está no contrato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestamos serviço várias vezes, em relação aos eventos sempre deu tudo certo. Porém no último evento ficaram devendo 200,00 referente a hora extra. O pior é que o dono da empresa, Marcos, não atende ligações, não responde whatsapp e nem está disposto a pagar. Muito feio isso, por causa de 200,00.Nunca pagou, agendou data e não cumpriu o combinado, desmarcando em cima da hora. Feio demais. Somos referência em brinquedos. Só tem q pagar o que deve. Se fosse macho atendia o telefone.

Após isso, após fechamento de contrato, a empresa sabendo do número de convidados, a casa de festa que seria mais cômoda para a maioria dos que fecharam o contrato foi informado que a capacidade da casa não era o suficiente. Após isso, foi corte atrás de corte e o que era pra ser um momento especial acabou se tornando estressante e decepcionante. Mas seguimos e tentamos nos manter animados para o grande dia da gala e adivinha, mais decepção… era pra ter comida mexicana foi substituído sem nenhum aviso prévio por crepe que por sinal estava uma fila enorme e só decepção para os convidados, uma vergonha quarto grau… E não para por ai.. jantar? Poucos viram, comida muito mal servida por falta de logística!! E a cerveja e vinho? Ambas quentes. Bebidas do bar muito mal feitas. A mesa de doces… tentei pegar alguns e veio uma funcionária da quarto grau dizendo que não podia, ja estava tão revoltada que não dei ouvidos. A cascata de chocolate só foi colocada após horas de festa e mesmo assim com poucas opções para mergulhar no chocolate. Um elogio: a mesa de frios estava muito bem posta e com variedade boa. Mas a festa foi tão mal servida que tinha fila pra poder se servir. Por fim, a organização do evento deixou muito a desejar com atrasos e falta de explicação para os formandos que só queriam que esse fosse um momento memorável e farto.

Few saw, food very poorly served due to lack of logistics!! What about beer and wine? Both hot. Drinks from the bar very poorly made. The candy table… I tried to get some and an employee from the fourth grade came saying she couldn't, she was already so angry that I didn't listen. The chocolate waterfall was only placed after hours of partying and even then with few options for dipping into the chocolate. A compliment: the cold cuts table was very well set and with good variety. But the party was so poorly served that there was a queue to be served. Finally, the organization of the event left a lot to be desired with delays and lack of explanation for the trainees who just wanted this to be a memorable and fulfilling moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima empresa que quer enganar as pessoas e lucrar encima do sonho das pessoas. Quando fechei minha formatura com a empresa Quarto Grau, vulgo QG, me passaram um valor e agora 3 meses após meu baile, vieram dos representantes vieram na minha casa me cobrando 5 mil reais em fotos, sendo que o acordo era 600 reais e dizendo que eram empresas diferentes, com isso magicamente entrei no site de ambas e elas tem o mesmo endereço.
Ou seja, enganam as pessoas, tem representantes péssimos, que chegam com quase 2 horas de atraso, os valores são tão abusivos que não tem coragem de dizer, só te entregam um papel com os valores e falam na sua cara que se você não comprar no dia, suas fotos vão para o lixo.
E na ligação pra marcar a vinda delas, é dito que é sem compromisso a visita e quando chega aqui passa a ser obrigatório, fora que em cada casa eles cobram um valor.
Péssima experiência, péssima empresa.

In other words, they deceive people, they have terrible representatives, who arrive almost 2 hours late, the values are so abusive that they don't have the courage to say, they just hand you a paper with the values and tell you to your face that if you don't buy on the day, your photos go to waste.
And in the call to schedule their arrival, it is said that the visit is without commitment and when you arrive here it becomes mandatory, apart from that in each house they charge a value.
Bad experience, bad company.
