Serviço de R$ 750,00 que durou 2 meses com a promessa de ser vitalício, porém ao reclamar que não funciona mais, falam que não podem fazer nada apenas comprar outro.
Resposta demora dias.

Rude, ironic and disrespectful service.
R$ 750.00 service that lasted 2 months with the promise of a lifetime, but when complaining that it doesn't work anymore, they say they can't do anything just buy another one.
Response takes days.
Really sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen me atendeu disse que o aparelho duoset prime tv era bom que dava pra assistir no celular e na tv e falou muito bem e tals e aí chego em casa não dá pra assistir pelo celular fazer o tal do qr code e descubro que o aparelho é totalmente diferente do original não tem nada a ver com o nome totalmente falsificado e ainda tem a cara de pau de vender uma coisa que posso achar por 100 reais q não vale a pena e ainda cobrou 550 no aparelho então não recomendo a loja mas compra quem quer só estou comentando minha situação ??
Karen answered me said that the duoset prime tv device was good that I could watch it on my cell phone and on tv and she spoke very well and such and then I get home I can't watch it on my cell phone do this qr code and I find out that the device is totally different from the original has nothing to do with the totally fake name and still has the nerve to sell something that I can find for 100 reais which is not worth it and still charged 550 on the device so I don't recommend the store but buys who I'm just commenting on my situation ??
