★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficaram duas semanas com minha placa de vídeo e quando fui retirar disseram que não havia reparo por causa que não tinha a peça. Entreguei a placa de vídeo dentro do plástico antiestático e recebi de volta dentro de uma sacola. Infelizmente na minha primeiro experiência, obtive uma imagem ruim, não recomendo.
Questionei o técnico se não havia possibilidade de eles conseguirem a peça, ele simplesmente respondeu: "Se tivesse conseguido a peça, teríamos avisado", sendo que eles não me avisaram nada em relação a placa, eu tive que ficar ligando todos os dias para novidades.
 They spent two weeks with my video card and when I went to remove it they said that there was no repair because it did not have the part. I handed the video card inside the antistatic plastic and got it back in a bag. Unfortunately in my first experience, I got a bad image, I don't recommend it.
I asked the technician if there was no possibility for them to get the part, he simply replied: "If I had got the part, we would have warned", and they did not tell me anything about the sign, I had to keep calling every day for news .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim, levei a placa de vídeo ficou um mês, e pra ter notícias tive q entrar em contato. Ainda a placa não teve reparo e só tive essa notícia pq entrei em contato, se não fosse minha atitude de mandar mensagem n teria informações. Ainda levei a placa no plástico bolha anti estático e me devolveram numa sacola, e da vez q fui levar quanto na volta pra buscar, percebi um mal atendimento no telefone dos atendentes. Levei em outro e já tive reparo da mesma.
Bad, I took the video card for a month, and for news I had to get in touch. The board still had no repair and I only had this news because I got in touch, if it wasn't for my attitude of sending a message, I would have information. I still took the plate in the anti-static bubble wrap and they returned it to me in a bag, and the time I went to take it back to get it, I noticed a poor service on the attendants' phone. I took it in another one and I've had it repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com o cliente o que dizem acima é duvidoso pois o Luciano proprietário da empresa pega o material de manutenção não liga pra passar status não dá resolução e muito menos devolve o produto e fica por isso,prejuízo e deboche na cara do cliente o cidadão age de muita má fé está é a minha sincera opinião!!!
Total disregard for the customer, what they say above is doubtful because Luciano, the owner of the company, takes the maintenance material, doesn't care to pass the status, doesn't give a resolution, much less returns the product and that's why, damage and mockery in the face of the customer the citizen acts in very bad faith this is my sincere opinion!!!

I took my video card in for repair, already hopeless disappointed by the budget I made elsewhere, and to my surprise I was impressed with the service and honesty that they treated me for sure won a customer congratulations and always keep it that way you go far.

I needed to update my BIOS for my motherboard to recognize my processor. They did a perfect job in less than half an hour, and made sure to show me the result while they were still in store. Super careful and reasonably priced. I recommend!!
