★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clínica para ser acompanhante em uma seção de acupuntura, mas fui barrado pelo Dr. Abel Oliveira Lucio - CRM 71841, que me informou não ser permitido a presença de acompanhantes na sala de consulta e procedimento, mesmo diante da exigência veemente da paciente.
Fiz uma breve consulta no site da CMBA e da CREMESP enquanto aguardava indignado do lado de fora do consultório e confirmei o óbvio.... É DIREITO DO PACIENTE ter acompanhamento em consultas e exames sempre que o paciente assim o solicitar.
Então fica aqui minha reclamação pela conduta ética do médico em questão e também da clínica já que ele faz parte do corpo clínico da mesma. É um ABSURDO os profissionais de saúde se acharem Deuses e acima das leis, querendo criar éticas e procedimentos próprios. Se é um direito do paciente, tem que ser respeitado... e sem questionamentos.
Se não respeitam algo tão simples como isso, que pelo visto é amplamente divulgado principalmente nos dias de hoje, onde bandeiras como direitos das mulheres estão tão em alta, fica difícil acreditar em qualquer outra coisa que venha dele.
Segue abaixo as imagens que confirmam o que eu digo quanto ao direito do paciente nos devidos orgãos responsáveis pela técnica reclamada.
I was at the clinic to be a companion in an acupuncture section, but I was stopped by Dr. Abel Oliveira Lucio - CRM 71841, who informed me that the presence of companions in the consultation and procedure room was not allowed, even in the face of the patient's vehement demand.
I made a brief consultation on the website of CMBA and CREMESP while waiting indignantly outside the office and confirmed the obvious .... IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE PATIENT to be followed up in consultations and examinations whenever the patient so requests.
So here is my complaint about the ethical conduct of the doctor in question and also of the clinic since he is part of the clinical staff of the same. It is ABSURD for health professionals to find themselves gods and above the law, wanting to create their own ethics and procedures. If it's a patient's right, it has to be respected ... and without question.
If they don't respect something as simple as that, which apparently is widely disseminated nowadays, where flags such as women's rights are so high, it is difficult to believe in anything else that comes from it.

Fiz fisioterapia durante 5 meses e um belo dia fui informada que a clínica não atendia a minha necessidade, total desrespeito com as pessoas que precisam de um bom atendimento para ter uma recuperação melhor no tratamento. Tentei dar continuidade com a acupuntura e fiquei mais de 1hora aguardando para depois ainda ficar dentro da sala do médico aguardando sua boa vontade em a iniciar a sessão. Não recomendo a ninguém! Total descaso!
Terrible! I did physiotherapy for 5 months and one day I was informed that the clinic did not meet my need, total disrespect for people who need good care to have a better recovery in treatment. I tried to continue with acupuncture and I was waiting for more than 1 hour and then I was still inside the doctor's room waiting for your good will to start the session. I don't recommend it to anyone! Total neglect!

E o melhor, não é cheio que nem as clínicas de bairro no extremo leste que demora em e amontoado de gente ao mesmo tempo, q vc passa raiva. Aqui compensa recomendo.
Very good service, doctors, physiotherapy without delay and with several alternatives for treatment, individual rooms, helpful, prepared and polite staff.
And the best part is, it's not crowded like the neighborhood clinics in the far east that linger in and crammed with people at the same time, which makes you angry. Here it pays to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, primeiro me receitaram uma medicação que eles não tinham lá, depois tive que passar com outro médico para trocar a medicação, o meu convênio autorizou o procedimento e mesmo assim a Valdirene disse que o procedimento não poderia ser feito lá, uma falta de respeito com o paciente, ainda bem que encontrei uma clínica decente e consegui fazer o meu procedimento
