★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bonita a pedra do frade e a freira! A trilha até a pedra é ótima! De um lado mais tranquilo e do outro precisa de um guia pois sozinha a pessoa pode se perder! Muito legal é lá em cima tem uma vista muito bonita, mesmo de longe da pra perceber a praia.
Very beautiful the stone of the friar and the nun! The trail to the rock is great! On one side of the road and the other on the other, you need a guide because you can lose yourself! Very cool is up there has a very beautiful view, even from far away to perceive the beach.

One of the charms of the Capixabas roads are the sequences of gigantic rocks, among them is the "Frade and the Nun", a natural granite formation with 680m of altitude. Romantizing: With their sacrifice to keep their vows, they smothered their love and thus God rewarded them, petrified them with their passion for eternal admiration, so says the legend;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incrível! Um monumento cultura muito lindo... desde a vista na BR já me impressiono com tamanha beleza, a trilha é mediana e tem umas escadas pra subir no cume do Frade. Ótima aventura pra trilheiros raiz!
Amazing! A very beautiful culture monument ... since the view in BR I am already impressed with such beauty, the trail is medium and has some stairs to climb the summit of Frade. Great adventure for root trekkers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente para fazer trilha seja caminhada ou corrida! Dá para subir de carro, mas a estrada não é tão boa. Recomendo estacionar perto da entrada dos Chalés do Frade e terminar de subir caminhando! A vista é linda, principalmente se vc for para ver o nascer do ☀️
Excellent for hiking or running! You can go up by car, but the road is not so good. I recommend parking near the entrance to Chalés do Frade and finish walking up! The view is beautiful, especially if you go to see the sunrise ☀️
