Esta loja tem tudo que vc precisa ,Fui atendido pelo vendedor Mauri, pessoa simpático, atencioso e soube me orientar e tirar minhas dúvidas, uma amiga mindicou a loja belo Instagram, apesar de não ter ido mais fui super bem atendido pelo Mauri ,se vc for na loja procura essa pessoa ele vai te ajudar, Eu amei minha Bike tou muito feliz e muito satisfeita !Super indico a Fraga Bike Shop_BH...Parabéns a loja...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma PÉSSIMA experiência com o serviço de REVISÃO e com o ATENDIMENTO.
Fiz um agendamento com leva e traz da loja, com o combinado de pegar a bike em dia e devolver no outro (24hrs) . Depois de muitas mensagens e ligações o serviço foi feito em 2 dias (perdi o pedal combinado com a turma), e ainda precisei ir na loja buscar a bicicleta ( e ainda atrasou bem ). O atendimento foi desencontrado e muito confuso, desconsideraram tudo que havia sido acordado mesmo eu destacando todos os pontos ( mostrando as mensagens , áudios do acordo). E para fechar com chave de ouro na hora de buscar as bikes não houve nenhuma tentativa de explicar ou mesmo um pedido de desculpa por todos os transtornos. NAO RECOMENDO!
 I had a BAD experience with the REVIEW service and SERVICE.
I made an appointment with pick up and drop off from the store, with the agreement to pick up the bike up to date and return it the other day (24hrs). After many messages and calls, the service was done in 2 days (I lost the pedal agreed with the class), and I still had to go to the store to get the bike (and it was still late). The service was inconsistent and very confusing, they disregarded everything that had been agreed even though I highlighted all the points (showing the messages, audios of the agreement). And to close with a flourish when picking up the bikes there was no attempt to explain or even an apology for all the inconvenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vendedor Luiz foi muito atencioso e querido ao apresentar vários modelos de bike e paciente ao explicar as várias diferenças bem como quais seriam as necessidades que eu buscava para o meu pedal. Mais do que um produto bom por um preço justo, você sai da loja sabendo exatamente o que você está levando e quais as capacidades da sua bike.
Ainda rodei pouco com a bike em si, mas por enquanto nenhuma reclamação. To adorando o brinquedo novo.
The seller Luiz was very attentive and sweet when presenting several bike models and patient in explaining the various differences as well as what would be the needs I was looking for for my pedal. More than just a good product at a fair price, you leave the store knowing exactly what you're taking and what your bike's capabilities are.
I still rode a little with the bike itself, but so far no complaints. I'm loving the new toy.

Hello guys! This store is very complete, beautiful and comfortable!
