A princípio, a minha avaliação dentro do primeiro mês foi essa acima, mas depois como pude perceber, toda essa estrutura não passa de fachada, onde o cliente é o mais insignificante para eles. Como podem ver só postam veículos de marca para chamar a atenção. Hoje fazem 9 meses que meu veículo saiu desta oficina (se é que podemos chamar de oficina). Funcionários despreparados que não sabem identificar e preservar a originalidade do veículo, pintura mal feita, sem brilho e ainda por cima nas parte internas não aplicaram verniz deixando tudo fosco. Funileiro despreparado, que fez um remendo na caixa de ar pelo lado de fora e não viu que saia do outro lado, deixando um buraco na caixa. Sem contar, os donos que diante do problema, não tentaram contornar a situação. Outro problema foi que o valor combinado pelo serviço com um encarregado, que depois foi mandado embora, foi então contestado pelos donos que disseram que estava errado. Fiquei sem nenhum suporte e diante disso o problema ficou para mim como se eu fosse o culpado pelo valor acordado. Hoje não recomendo a ninguém e você que acha que está indo em um lugar seguro tome cuidado! Me admiro as seguradoras ainda publicarem imagem com plaquetas de excelência junto com funcionários e donos. Hoje estou procurando uma outra oficina para refazer o serviço mal feito deixado por eles. Espero que esse texto ajude você que procura uma oficina com dignidade para executar o serviço em seu veículo. Não se deixe enganar pelas aparências, foi assim que aconteceu comigo.

As you can see, they only post branded vehicles to get attention. Today it's been 9 months since my vehicle left this workshop (if we can call it a workshop). Unprepared employees who do not know how to identify and preserve the vehicle's originality, poorly painted, dull and on the inside parts did not apply varnish leaving everything matte. Unprepared tinker, who made a patch on the air box on the outside and did not see it come out on the other side, leaving a hole in the box. Not to mention, the owners who faced the problem, did not try to get around the situation. Another problem was that the amount agreed for the service with a supervisor, who was later sent away, was then contested by the owners who said it was wrong. I was left without any support and in face of that the problem remained for me as if I were to blame for the agreed value. Today I do not recommend it to anyone and you who think you are going in a safe place be careful! I admire the insurers to still publish image with labels of excellence along with employees and owners. Today I am looking for another workshop to redo the poor service left by them. I hope this text helps you who are looking for a garage with dignity to perform the service in your vehicle. Don't be fooled by appearances, that's how it happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo !eu tive um sinistro e indiquei este lugar para realizar o conserto, e prometeram deixar o veiculo arrumado ,porém no momento q eu retirei o veiculo estava aparentimente tudo ok ,principalmente a pinturas, porem quando eu realisei um servisso de lavagem , o mesmo voltou todos os riscos e a tinta e os frisos soltando ,prometeu trocar o segredo da cheve ,porém tirou uma copia, e tambem um vasamento de óleo q ja retornei pela terceira vez e nao resolveu, por q colocou as coifas paralelas .eles nao colocam pecas originais .

Após perguntar se seu tinha seguro e o valor da minha franquia me falou, se eu estivesse pensando em preço nem iria avaliar meu carro, e se avaliar o carro cobrou msm valor de franquia, com muita ironia.

O chefe da oficina sem preparo nenhum, arrogante trata agente como lixo, meu carro ficou 4 semanas pra trocar um parachoque e um vidro, e uma porta me deram 2 prazos e não compraram nenhum prazo,muito enrolados e mal educados não recomendo pra ninguém
