★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento e ambiente bem aconchegante. Café bem tirado, pão Petrópolis gostoso e um cardápio bem variado. Os preços são médios, a altos (preços de aeroporto), mas vale a pena em vista de outras opções que são caras, mas sem a mesma qualidade.
 Great service and very cozy environment. Well taken coffee, tasty Petrópolis bread and a very varied menu. Prices are medium to high (airport prices), but worth it in view of other options that are expensive but not of the same quality.

Horrible !! Worst Fran’s Café I've ever been to. 2 people to attend the entire hall. After calling several times to be answered, the order takes a long time… My roast was terrible. Unfortunately, at Belem airport, it is still the least worst option. But it is far from the French standard

Sanduíche de pernil sem gosto e o restaurante reutiliza embalagens dos condimentos com outro produto dentro.
Very high prices as usual at the airport. The restaurant is 24 hrs but the menu options are not. The night team is overwhelmed.
Tasteless ham sandwich and the restaurant reuses packaging of condiments with another product inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem opções até boas de bebidas, refeições e lanches. Mas é inconcebível um CAFÉ em um aeroporto não disponibilizar Wi-fi. Além disso, SEMPRE faltam itens no cardápio. Pude constatar isso em todas as 3 ocasiões que frequentei o local.
There are even good options for drinks, meals and snacks. But it is inconceivable that a CAFÉ in an airport does not provide Wi-Fi. Also, there are ALWAYS items missing from the menu. I could see this on all 3 occasions I visited the place.

O cardápio é bem variado e o atendimento é super rápido, a maioria das pessoas estão correndo para pegar seus voos.
Se tiver um tempinho ou correndo, vale a pena experimentar algumas das delícias servidas aqui.
Eu recomendo.

The menu is very varied and the service is super fast, most people are rushing to catch their flights.
If you have a little time or on the run, it's worth trying some of the delights served here.
