Do not provide the password for Wi-Fi and not to complete the airport either. I found the end of the world to pay absurdly expensive and not even able to use the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado e despreparado. Quando finalmente alguém veio até a mesa, pedi um capuccino de chocolate e um pão de queijo. Me trouxeram um café com leite e pães de queijo em porção, ao invés de um grande conforme pedi. Pedi pra trocar e quando trouxeram a badeja novamente, veio um capuccino tradicional. Para não ter que esperar, já que meu voo estava próximo, aceitei assim mesmo. Fiquei esperando o pão de queijo e depois de alguns minutos, ao chamar o garçom e perguntar se ia demorar, ele fez um gesto como se tivesse esquecido de fazer o pedido. Em alguns minutos veio novamente o pão de queijo em porção, e não o individual, como pedi. Aceitei, também, para evitar o atraso. Pedi uma colher ao garçom fazendo um gesto como se estivesse mexendo o capuccino (ele não trouxe colher para misturar o açúcar), mas ele entendeu que eu havia pedido a conta e chegou na mesa me entregando um papel. Fiquei sem entender pq estaba recebendo um papel da conta ao invés da colher. Só depois entendi e consegui a colher. O capuccino estava frio e o pão de queijo idem, alé de duro. Terminei de comer e pedi a conta, agora na hora certa, para 3 pessoas diferentes. Todas me ignoravam solenemente. Até que finalmente alguém trouxe a conta consegui me livrar dessa experiência deprimente. Os preços não justificam o serviço e a qualidade do produto. Se fosse barato, ainda assim não valeria a pena. Não recomendo. Desçam as escadas e tomem café no Delta Expresso. Muito melhor.
Time-consuming and unprepared service. When finally someone came to the table, I ordered a chocolate cappuccino and a cheese bread. They brought me a latte and cheese breads, instead of a big one as I asked. I asked to change and when they brought the whiting again, a traditional cappuccino came. In order not to have to wait, since my flight was close, I accepted anyway. I waited for the cheese bread and after a few minutes, when calling the waiter and asking if it would be long, he made a gesture as if he had forgotten to place the order. In a few minutes the portioned cheese bread came again, not the individual one, as I asked. I accepted, too, to avoid the delay. I asked the waiter for a spoon, making a gesture as if I were stirring the cappuccino (he did not bring a spoon to mix the sugar), but he understood that I had asked for the bill and arrived at the table handing me a paper. I didn't understand why I was getting a bill paper instead of the spoon. Only then did I understand and get the spoon. The cappuccino was cold and the cheese bread ditto, as well as hard. I finished eating and asked for the bill, now on time, for 3 different people. They all solemnly ignored me. Until finally someone brought the bill I managed to get rid of this depressing experience. Prices do not justify the service and product quality. If it were cheap, it still wouldn't be worth it. I do not recommend. Go down the stairs and have coffee on the Delta Express. Much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é boa e cara, e o lugar é bonito. No entanto, o que me chamou atenção foi o excelente atendimento por parte das atendentes. Elas foram bastante prestativas e com um sorriso no rosto.
The food is good and expensive, and the place is beautiful. However, what caught my attention was the excellent service from the attendants. They were very helpful and with a smile on their face.
