O espaço tem também ar condicionado e uma televisão, e há também um espaço externo. E as mesinhas têm aquele sistema moderno de apertar um botão para chamar o garçom.

Só tinha perguntado do meu wrap. +30 minutos perguntei quem era o responsável e me apontaram uma pessoa que me respondeu qqr coisa generica, sem nem se direcionar a mim.
Descaso total.
Esperei minha companhia terminar o almoço dela (Que demorou 40min) e fomos embora.
1:15 am waiting for a chicken wrap. After the first 30 minutes, the waitress came to say that the kitchen is to blame, not the salon. I just asked about my wrap. +30 minutes I asked who was responsible and someone pointed to me who answered me any general thing, without even addressing me.
Total neglect.
I waited for my company to finish her lunch (which took 40 minutes) and we left.

Atendimento ruim, preço absurdo chega a ser equiparado ao aeroporto.
The location is no longer Fran's Café but a Grão Expresso store.
Bad service, absurd price is equivalent to the airport.
