Ao chegar no local uma pessoa veio na recepção me receber e já pediu que cor de esmalte eu ia querer, disse que queria francesinha e a mulher disse: "há uma taxa e são R$ 5,00 a mais ok?" Achei absurdo pois quando eu fui agendar e perguntei sobre os valores e não passaram está informação.
No final, quando fui pagar também cobraram errado para mais, consideraram o valor a partir da quinta feira, sendo que terças e quartas é um pouco menos e fui em uma quarta-feira.
Quanto a qualidade do serviço também não gostei, minha unha ficou cortada torta e a manicure passou apenas uma camada de esmalte, quase aparecendo a unha embaixo.
A estrutura do local é boa e bem iluminado.
I didn't particularly like it. First time I went to this room. When I arrived at the place a person came to the reception to greet me and asked what color of nail polish I would like, said he wanted francesinha and the woman said: "there is a fee and it is R $ 5.00 more ok?" I thought it was absurd because when I went to book and asked about the values and they didn't pass on this information.
In the end, when I went to pay they also charged wrong for more, they considered the amount starting on Thursday, being that Tuesdays and Wednesdays is a little less and I went on a Wednesday.
As for the quality of the service, I didn't like it either, my nail was cut askew and the manicure just put on a layer of enamel, almost showing the nail underneath.
The structure of the place is good and well lit.
