★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência está sendo horrível, péssimo atendimento. Autorizada fraquíssima, não tem peças simples de reposição como um filtro de purificação de água. Fiz então o pedido no dia 06 de maio de 2019 e hoje, dia 29 de maio ainda não recebi. Já fiz a reclamação no RECLAME JÁ. Gostaria que a empresa CONSUL, reavaliasse suas autorizadas pois se eu soubesse que seria tão difícil de conseguir reposição de um simples filtro, jamais teria comprado um produto CONSUL. Encaminhei tbm minha reclamação direto para a ASCOM da CONSUL.
My experience is being horrible, lousy service. Weakly authorized, it has no spare parts as a water purification filter. I then made the request on May 6, 2019 and today, May 29, I have not yet received it. I have already made the complaint on CLAIM ALREADY. I would like the company CONSUL to reassess its authorized because if I knew that it would be so difficult to get a replacement of a simple filter, I would never have bought a CONSUL product. I also forwarded my direct complaint to ASCOM of CONSUL.

Nao recomendo.
Bad service and services, the problem is the only authorized one in the region and it has to be subject to their wishes.

Marcaram a visita e não compareceu no dia q marcou, remarcou e quando foram fizeram orçamento pra troca de peça sem necessidade, demoram uma eternidade pra responder o whatsapp! Meu marido arrumou ele mesmo sem trocar peça nenhuma ou seja fizeram um orçamento errado e veio querer cobrar visita sendo de um orçamento feito errado! Dizendo o técnico eu tinha q assinar o papel confirmando q ele foi fazer a visita e depois alegam q eu assinei aceitando pagar a visita sem nem me informar!? Não indico a ninguém! Cuidado!!
Bad service and bad service and they still charge the budget visit without warning before!!!
They scheduled the visit and didn't show up on the day they scheduled, rescheduled and when they went, they made a budget for an unnecessary part change, they take forever to respond to whatsapp! My husband fixed it himself without changing any parts, that is, they made a wrong quote and came to charge a visit with a wrong quote! Telling the technician I had to sign the paper confirming that he went to make the visit and then they claim that I signed accepting to pay the visit without even informing me!? I don't recommend it to anyone! Caution!!
