★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada, o atendimento é péssimo a pessoa que responde o whatsapp não tem a menor educação, me respondeu como se tivesse falando nem sei com quem, pq eu não me dirijo assim nem aos meus cachorros e não é a primeira vez que sou tratada dessa forma por funcionários dessa empresa, não compro mais, mas desejo que fique de sugestão para que outras pessoas não passe pela situação que passei. Eu cancelei meu pedido pela tamanha falta de educação e respeito que fui atendida. Quem faz o que ama, jamais trabalha na vida. Caso contrário, vira escravo até do próprio empreendimento. Fica a dica!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante ..tô tão aborrecida que perdi a fome. Fui buscar um frango neste local.. Chegando lá o atendente estava preparando um..a atendente pediu que ele tirasse um para mim.. Ele prontamente o fez tirando um frango bem douradinho.. Mas antes de terminar de cortar a atendente me deu aquele que estava previamente cortado. Vim e só chegar em casa me deparo com um frango somente cozido quase todo branco e com água interna.. Sem tempero insosso e cru.. Entrei em contato via whatsapp mostrei fotos e ela se dispos a trocar mas eu teria que ir lá novamente. O que eu sinceramente achei abusivo pois tem boys que poderiam em cinco minutos efetuar a troca. Não recomendo e nem comprarei novamente. Nem almocar consegui.
Me foi oferecido a troca do frango sim mas eu teria que ir buscar.. Sendo que o entregador poderia ter vindo trazer se fossem pessoas interessadas em agregar boa reputação ao seu negócio. O mínimo era isso.. Trazer um frango assado adequadamente já que eu tinha passado todo aquele aborrecimento. Enfim perderam vários clientes e eu incluída.. Não recomendo mesmo. Até mesmo porque o comerciante precisa muito mais do cliente do que o cliente. Frango assado pra vender tem dezenas de lugares com excelentes opções e atendimento.
Disappointing ..I'm so upset that I lost my hunger. I went to get a chicken at this place .. When I got there the attendant was preparing one..the attendant asked him to take one for me .. He promptly did it by taking a very golden chicken .. But before finishing cutting the attendant gave me that one that was previously cut. I came and just getting home I come across a chicken only cooked almost all white and with internal water .. Without tasteless and raw seasoning .. I contacted via whatsapp showed photos and she is willing to change but I would have to go there again. What I honestly thought was abusive because there are boys who could make the switch in five minutes. I do not recommend and will not buy again. I didn't even get lunch.
I was offered to exchange the chicken, but I would have to go and get it. Being that the delivery man could have brought it if they were people interested in adding a good reputation to his business. The least was that .. Bring a properly roasted chicken since I had gone through all that hassle. Anyway, they lost several customers and I included .. I really don't recommend it. Even because the merchant needs the customer much more than the customer. Roast chicken to sell has dozens of places with excellent options and service.
