I think the chicken lacks seasoning .... they could put a little salt in the potatoes, and farofa, it should be farofa, and not toasted flour.

Chicken in good weather, it could have roasted more because the thighs are raw, the farofa could be made homemade, not seasoned farofa bought in the market.
