Na última visita fui mal atendido, o frango e porções estavam encharcados se óleo, não tinha maionese e o suco estava aguado.
I used to go because the portions were dry and the price was fair.
On the last visit I was poorly attended, the chicken and portions were soaked from oil, there was no mayonnaise and the juice was watery.

Lousy service very rude person attending. Without any respect for the customer. Good snack and food, but due to poor service I do not recommend it and I do not step forward any more.

Yummy, it has free juice and a portion of beans as a courtesy. To be 5 stars I needed to increase the portions a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, primeiro esqueceram de colocar o frango no lanche, pedir que fizessem novamente e o lanche veio com o hambúrguer de frango congelado. Pior que o lanche na imagem é uma frango grelhado. Estou é mais revoltado com o atendimento, nem se quer pediram desculpas pelo ocorrido. Fora que a propaganda do lanche é enganosa . Na imagem do banner é uma coisa, o lanche é completamente outra, estou escrevendo esse comentário ainda na praça de alimentação do shopping. Que pena que não tem a opção de dar zero estrela. Compre em outro lugar, não passem a raiva que eu passei....
My experience was terrible, first they forgot to put the chicken in the snack, ask them to do it again and the snack came with the frozen chicken burger. Worse than the snack in the picture is a grilled chicken. I'm more disgusted with the service, nor apologized for what happened. The advertising for the snack is misleading. In the image of the banner it is one thing, the snack is completely different, I am writing this comment in the food court of the mall. Too bad you don't have the option to give zero stars. Buy elsewhere, do not pass the anger that I went through ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida boa mas o atendimento zero, pois duas vezes onde saio da minha localidade em São Paulo até o shopping Itapecerica para comer o kit do frango frito e me dizem que no momento não estão preparando, seria melhor colocar funcionários a mais para atender a clientela ou abolir o kit 1- kit -2 do cardápio.
Good food but zero service, because twice where I go from my location in São Paulo to the Itapecerica mall to eat the fried chicken kit and they tell me that at the moment they are not preparing it, it would be better to put more employees to serve the clientele or abolish kit 1- kit -2 from the menu.

Não samos da cidade, porém hoje decidimos almoçar .. e infelizmente o atendimento foi péssimo, e o prato que pedimos foi strogonoff na qual foram exatamente 6 pedacinhos de frango, e o outro prato foi lasanha, que era industrial de baixa qualidade, infelizmente deixamos a metade do prato.
Sei que é péssimo uma avaliação dessa. Mas oriento a tirar essas 2 opções ou melhoras o almoço no cardápio . Realmente fiquei muito chateado com a experiência. Proprietários também é interessante observar o atendimento.
Foi bem ruim, e nem tive coragem de reclamar .
Look, I've had chicken and polentas are very good.
We are not leaving town, but today we decided to have lunch .. and unfortunately the service was terrible, and the dish we ordered was stroganoff in which there were exactly 6 pieces of chicken, and the other dish was lasagna, which was industrial of low quality, unfortunately we left it half of the plate.
I know this review sucks. But I advise you to remove these 2 options or improve lunch on the menu. I was really upset about the experience. Owners is also interesting to observe the attendance.
It was really bad, and I didn't even have the courage to complain.
