 Rubbish! I requested the order at 7 pm and received it at 9.50 pm. Told me q surrender at 1.30am, took almost 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As porções são excelentes. Maionese perfeita e tempero completo. Mas o atendimento é péssimo! Demoram pra te atender , fico no telefone vários minutos só esperando pra ser atendido pra no final das contas demorar horas pra chegar.
The portions are excellent. Perfect mayonnaise and complete seasoning. But the service is terrible! They take a long time to answer you, I stay on the phone for several minutes just waiting to be answered so that in the end it takes hours to arrive.

Franguinho do Geovane na Praça de Gaivotas. Vila velha.
Hoje saímos em família para andar um pouco e escolhemos o ar livre para lancharmos.
Não vou citar o sabor, pq não foi esta a situação.
Estávamos em 4 pessoas.
Chegamos, sentamos e logo recebemos o cardápio.
Escolhemos um que nos alimentasse bem.
Porção de 12 Tulipas, 500g de peito sem osso, 2 complementos e 2L de refrigerante.
Agora vem a insatisfação...
Os complementos alteram o valor do combo. Pedi bolinha de queijo e batata, e o combo subiu R$ 4,00 a mais. Tudo bem, quis assim mesmo.
Quando o pedido chegou, veio o refri de 1,5L, e no lugar das 12 Tulipas, vieram coxinhas misturadas, dando o total de 12 unidades entre coxinhas e tulipas.
Quem ama tulipas, sabe que coxinha não substitui as tulipas.
Reclamamos com a atendente e ela falou que não trabalha com 2L e que as tulipas eram misturadas mesmo e não tinha como me servir as 12 unidades só de Tulipas.
Perto do caixa tem um cartaz com o combo atualizado, porém ela me deu o cardápio e em nenhum momento ela desvalidou o mesmo.
Pedi para falar com a dona do espaço, e fui informada que ela não estava, solicitei então uma solução por parte dela. A resposta foi que ela iria avisar a dona para trocar o cardápio, mas que não podia fazer nada no momento. Não podia me servir mais tulipas, não podia me dar uma latinha que fosse para somar os 2L e muito menos uma outra substituição para mostrar interesse em resolver a questão.
Em resumo, minha reclamação está sendo por venda enganosa com 500ml a menos de refrigerante, produto que não pedi no meu prato (coxinha), produto que pedi onde veio reduzido (tulipas). E falta de gerenciamento para solucionar o problema no estabelecimento.
A atendente se recusou a finalizar nosso atendimento e nos ignorou totalmente nos fazendo esperar uma outra pessoa nos atender.
Em meio a crise de comércio, este post se torna lamentável. Mas preciso exigir que respeitem o dinheiro que gastamos. Não vem fácil pra ir fácil assim!!!

Today we go out as a family to go for a walk and choose the open air for a snack.
I will not mention the flavor, because this was not the situation.
We were in 4 people.
We arrived, sat down and soon received the menu.
We chose one that fed us well.
Portion of 12 Tulips, 500g of boneless breast, 2 supplements and 2L of soft drink.
Now comes the dissatisfaction ...
Add-ons change the value of the combo. I ordered cheese and potato balls, and the combo went up R $ 4.00 more. Okay, I wanted it anyway.
When the order arrived, the 1.5L soda came, and in place of the 12 Tulips, mixed drumsticks came, giving a total of 12 units between drumsticks and tulips.
Who loves tulips, knows that coxinha does not replace tulips.
We complained to the attendant and she said that she does not work with 2L and that the tulips were really mixed and there was no way to serve me the 12 units of Tulips only.
Near the checkout there is a poster with the updated combo, but she gave me the menu and at no time did she disregard it.
I asked to speak to the owner of the space, and I was informed that she was not, so I asked for a solution from her. The answer was that she would notify the owner to change the menu, but that there was nothing she could do at the moment. I couldn't use more tulips, I couldn't give me a can to add the 2L, let alone another replacement to show interest in resolving the issue.
In short, my complaint is due to misleading sales with 500ml less soda, a product I didn't order on my plate (coxinha), a product I ordered where it came reduced (tulips). And lack of management to solve the problem in the establishment.
The attendant refused to finish our service and totally ignored us, making us wait for someone else to answer us.
In the midst of the trade crisis, this post becomes unfortunate. But I need to demand that they respect the money we spend. It doesn't come easy to go easy like that !!!
