★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sou de São Paulo e estava em viagem! Quando derrubei meu celular e quebrei a tela. Como só tinha mas um dia em Itabuna, pedi urgência para consertar (trocar a tela). E a loja no mesmo dia conseguiu realizar a troca.
Agradeço muito, pois todos os documentos estavam em meu celular.
I'm from São Paulo and I was traveling! When I dropped my phone and broke the screen. As I only had one day in Itabuna, I asked for urgency to fix it (change the screen). And the store on the same day managed to make the exchange.
Thank you very much, because all the documents were in my cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que tive em contratação de serviço na vida. Cheguei na loja com a tela do meu celular (iPhone XR) quebrada e o display queimado. Sai de lá com uma nova tela mas, as câmeras de reconhecimento facial (Face ID) e câmera traseira sem funcionar, além da lanterna do celular que também não funciona mais. Tive que ouvir do jurídico que a loja não se responsabiliza por outros danos. NÃO RECOMENDO nem pra meu pior inimigo!
The worst experience I've had in contracting a service in my life. I arrived at the store with my cell phone screen (iPhone XR) broken and the display burned. He leaves there with a new screen, but the facial recognition cameras (Face ID) and the rear camera are not working, in addition to the cell phone's flashlight that doesn't work anymore.
