★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagina um lugar honesto? Parece brincadeira, mas ele existe. Uma pedra atingiu o fundo do meu carro e danificou o sistema de escapamento. Apesar do meu carro ser importado e ter dificuldade de encontrar peças, lá tinha o terminal do cano de descarga. Porém, após o orçamento fechado e autorizado o serviço, fui informado que não poderia ser feito. Motivo: uma borracha de fixação com custo de R$ 10,00 não tinha no estoque e nem no fornecedor. Informei ao rapaz que esta peça já estava apresentando problemas e tinha sido encomendado com a Renault, porém já tinha seis meses e nada. Inclusive liguei para a concessionária Leauto Abolição no Rio de Janeiro na frente dele, onde ele pode ouvir no viva voz que a peça estava em translado da França pro Rio. Mesmo assim, não quis fazer o serviço pois não concordava com adaptações (gambiarras) e me aconselhou a procurar o concorrente. Acredita nisso? Em vez de ficar com raiva, dei os parabéns a ele.
