Ela tirou dúvidas minhas até que não eram relacionadas aos pacotes e foi super atenciosa tanto antes quanto após o passeio. O bugueiro (Djavan) foi mega pontual, além de ser animado e tirar fotos muito boas. Fiz o passeio do lado oeste de buggy e super recomendo!
Very serious, organized and quality company. Gerciane's service is amazing! She answered my questions until they were unrelated to the packages and was super attentive both before and after the tour. The buggy (Djavan) was mega punctual, besides being excited and taking very good photos. I did the west side buggy ride and super recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos de Fortaleza a Jeri com a Fred transfer e tínhamos ouvido ótimas recomendações na internet, inclusive pagamos mais caro para ir com eles. Pedimos com antecedência se podiam disponibilizar travesseiros para melhorar nossa viagem e tivemos negativa de cara, talvez devêssemos ter cancelado nessa hora. Chegaram no horário no aeroporto, porém motorista era mais reservado, não parecia aberto a conversa. Viajamos de noite e no meio do caminho um dos carros da companhia teve um problema e nosso motorista não nos informou nada e parou para ajudar. Ficamos no banco de trás e tivemos que pedir esclarecimentos do que estava acontecendo, ele nem ao menos perguntou se nos importávamos de parar, numa rodovia onde nem sabíamos onde era. Enfim, não recomendo pois não acho que seja superior, esperava muito mais.
We went from Fortaleza to Jeri with Fred Transfer and had heard great recommendations on the internet, we even paid more to go with them. We asked in advance if they could provide pillows to improve our trip and we were denied right away, maybe we should have canceled at that time. They arrived at the airport on time, but the driver was more reserved, he didn't seem open to conversation. We traveled at night and on the way one of the company's cars had a problem and our driver didn't tell us anything and stopped to help. We took the back seat and had to ask for clarification of what was going on, he didn't even ask if we minded stopping, on a highway where we didn't even know where it was. Anyway, I don't recommend it because I don't think it's superior, I expected much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos a empresa para o transfer privativo Fortaleza - Jeri e tivemos um excelente atendimento pelo Fred, que foi nosso motorista. Super educado, viajamos de madrugada e Fred dirige com muita segurança, conversou conosco e nos contou algumas histórias sobre o local. Se mostrou muito humano ao parar na estrada para ajudar um parceiro (de outra agência de turismo) que estava com o carro quebrado, mostrando que não há concorrência quando estamos falando da segurança de pessoas. Super recomendamos! Também fizemos com a agência o passeio leste de quadriciclo e foi uma das experiências mais legais que tivemos!
We hired the company for the private transfer Fortaleza - Jeri and we had an excellent service by Fred, who was our driver. Super polite, we traveled at dawn and Fred drives very safely, he talked to us and told us some stories about the place. He was very human when he stopped on the road to help a partner (from another travel agency) who had a broken car, showing that there is no competition when we are talking about the safety of people. We highly recommend it! We also did the East ATV tour with the agency and it was one of the coolest experiences we had!
