★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problema com outra empresa e depois de 3 tentativas para solucionar , desisti e me comuniquei com a Free Ice que venho imediatamente , corrigiu o vazamento do duto de 1/4 mal conectado da empresa anterior e colocou o gás e o equipamento está perfeito. Recomendo a Free Ice , além de bem atendido , são excelente profissionais , resolveram o problema da empresa anterior.
I had a problem with another company and after 3 attempts to solve it, I gave up and communicated with Free Ice that I come immediately, fixed the leak in the poorly connected 1/4 duct from the previous company and put the gas in and the equipment is perfect. I recommend Free Ice, in addition to being well attended, they are excellent professionals, they solved the problem of the previous company.

A instalação não foi nada fácil, pois, por não haver laje, eles tiveram de descer de rapel para instalar as condensadoras. Tratou-se de um trabalho extremamente minucioso, em que cada movimento tinha de ser habilmente calculado, e o resultado ficou perfeito! Nesse sentido, posso dizer que a minha experiência com essa empresa foi a melhor possível - desde o momento da contratação, até o momento da execução do serviço, o sr Luiz foi bastante profissional, pontual e responsável. Sem dúvidas indico, pois, a empresa, em especial pra quem tem um serviço de instalação complexo, como foi o meu. Vale ressaltar que conheci a Free Ice por meio de indicação de um amigo, que também ficou muito satisfeito com o serviço prestado pelo sr Luiz e equipe. Por fim, considerei o preço cobrado muito justo, tendo em vista a dificuldade do serviço.

It is worth mentioning that I got to know Free Ice through the recommendation of a friend, who was also very satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Luiz and his team. Finally, I considered the price charged very fair, given the difficulty of the service.
