 Great face-to-face service but if you need to talk on the phone ... unfortunately it's not possible .... they hang up, they don't answer, it goes straight to voicemail .... directorssss please improve this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A instrutora é muito legal, porém as instalações são muito velhas, telhas rachadas e suportes enferrujados, quando está chovendo fica pingando água dá chuva na piscina. A recepcionista dá parte dá tarde, Marlene,parece que tem preguiça de trabalhar. Já fiz natação lá quando tinha 13 anos hj tenho 27 e as coisas estão do mesmo jeito, parece que o tempo não passo por lá.
The instructor is very cool, but the facilities are very old, cracked tiles and rusted supports, when it's raining is dripping water gives rain in the pool. The receptionist leaves late, Marlene, seems to be too lazy to work. I've done swimming there when he was 13 hj'm 27 and things are the same, it seems that time does not step there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico meio "grosseiro" parecia que não queria atender, já direcionado para finalizar a ligação enquanto eu queria fazer perguntas..e tipo coisa básica, queria saber os horários e valores...
No "teste" minha filha não foi aprovada pq ela não se sentia segura, achei estranho pois foi justamente por isso que levei ela.., p ela aprender e se sentir segura.. não é um dos objetivos da aula ?
The telephone answering was kind of "gross" it seemed that he didn't want to answer, already directed to finish the call while I wanted to ask questions... and like basic things, I wanted to know the times and values...
In the "test" my daughter was not approved because she didn't feel safe, I thought it was strange because that's exactly why I took her... for her to learn and feel safe... isn't that one of the objectives of the class?
