★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bateria do antigo proprietário da loja, a bateria apresentou problemas e fui lá me informaram que a loja havia mudado de dono até ai blz. Levei a bateria, no primeiro instante o rapaz condenou a bateria falou que tinha dado sobrecarga e que não adiantava nem mandar para fabrica pois ainda está na garantia, e que meu alternador estava com problemas enfim, queria me empurrar outra bateria nova e eu não aceitei, e levei em outro lugar chegando lá o proprietário da loja falou que minha bateria só estava descarregada ele deu uma carga e bateria voltou ao normal mediu meu alternador e esta tudo perfeito com ele e provavelmente foi pq deixei muito tempo parado o carro. Resumindo a historia essa loja age de ma fé tentando enganar o consumidor por pouco não fui enganado e iria perder 300 reais pois minha bateria está nova e funcionando perfeitamente não indico essa loja para ninguém. Se tivesse a opção seria sem estralas pois uma já é muito.

I took the battery, in the first instant the boy condemned the battery said that it had overloaded and that it was no use nor send it to the factory because it is still under warranty, and that my alternator was in trouble anyway, I wanted to push another new battery and I did not accept , and I took it somewhere else getting there the store owner said that my battery was just discharged he gave a charge and the battery returned to normal, measured my alternator and everything was perfect with him and it was probably because I left the car for a long time. Summing up the story this store acts in bad faith trying to almost deceive the consumer I was not deceived and would lose 300 reais because my battery is new and working perfectly I do not recommend this store to anyone. If I had the option it would be without stars because one is already a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , levei uma bateria na garantia e o atendente condenou dizendo que não adiantava mandar para a fabrica , pois o alternador tinha dado sobrecarga na bateria , levei em outro local , qual não foi minha surpresa quando o técnico me falou que ela estava apenas descarregada , gastei 10 reais e tudo certo , este local não recomendo , péssimo.
