Comprei um freezer novo com pagamento a vista e no momento da entrega foi constatado que o freezer era usado pois estava todo sujo, riscado, visor queimado, sem manual, prateleiras internas entre outras avarias.
Estou em contato desde Novembro/2019 com a FREEMALTE que está me enrolando e cada vez inventa uma desculpa diferente para justificar o erro na entrega. Há duas semanas atrás entrei em contato com o SAC da METALFRIO e após isso o Sr Orlando me chamou e ficou de verificar a posição da empresa e agora não responde mais as mensagens e as ligações.
Pensem duas vezes antes de comprar nessa empresa, funcionários despreparados, atendimento ruim e pós venda pior ainda.
FUJAM!!!
 Poor quality company.
I bought a new freezer with cash payment and at the time of delivery it was found that the freezer was used because it was all dirty, scratched, burnt display, no manual, internal shelves, among other faults.
I have been in contact since November / 2019 with FREEMALTE, which is messing me up and each time inventing a different excuse to justify the error in delivery. Two weeks ago I got in touch with the METALFRIO SAC and after that, Mr. Orlando called me and stayed to check the position of the company and now he doesn't answer messages and calls anymore.
Think twice before buying at this company, unprepared employees, poor service and even worse after sales.
FLEE !!!

Tem 3 meses que realizei a compra e até agora não recebi o pedido. A empresa já me disse 2x que o pedido saiu para entrega e até agora nada, tem 15 dias que tento falar com alguém e ninguém responde ou atende o telefone.
Alguém sabe o endereço correto desse lugar ? Pq eu faço questão de sair do RJ para ir lá pessoalmente. Quem puder me ajudar me chame em 21 981634356

It's been 3 months since I made the purchase and so far I haven't received the order. The company has already told me 2x that the order has gone out for delivery and so far nothing, there are 15 days that I try to talk to someone and nobody answers or answers the phone.

Pedi o código de rastreio 10 dias e não me enviaram, quando a cervejeira chegou , ela esta com partes quebradas, veio com cabo arrebentado e não esta gerando. Se quiserem passar raiva eh só comprar deles.
Lousy staff, doesn't answer the phone, only responds by message, but they never answer what they need. I asked for the tracking code 10 days and they didn't send it to me, when the brewery arrived, it had broken parts, it came with a broken cable and it's not generating. If you want to get angry, just buy from them.

Esquecem que nem sempre as pessoas vão procurar somente valor, e sim qualidade no atendimento coisa que essa empresa não possui.
Muita falta de educação com o cliente, não compro, nunca comprei e não indico para ninguém.
Possui diversas reclamações no reclame aqui e não é atoa, não comprem nesta empresa em bom atendimento esta empresa está em 0.

They forget that people will not always look only for value, but for quality of service, something that this company does not have.
A lot of lack of politeness with the customer, I don't buy, I never bought and I don't recommend it to anyone.
It has several complaints in the claim here and no wonder, do not buy from this company in good service this company is at 0.

My son-in-law bought it, paid for it and they didn't deliver it, we're waiting and still doesn't reply but the messages and if you reply are rude.

Ignoram mensagens e não atendem ligações, além de que, quando respondem, prestam informações falsas sobre o prazo, que nunca é cumprido.
Efetuei a compra em 25/10, com prazo de 10 dias.
Até hoje não recebi o produto (19.11). Também não enviaram o código de rastreamento.
É melhor pagar mais caro e receber o produto conforme contratado.
Não recomendo.
Poor and disrespectful service.
They ignore messages and don't answer calls, and when they answer, they provide false information about the deadline, which is never met.
