★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre os horários de agendamento informados no telefone. Agendei consulta para às 09:00, cheguei no horário e fiquei uma hora e meia aguardando..... Perdi meu tempo. O estabelecimento não respeita o horário de atendimento agendado e sim a ordem de chegada do paciente ao local, ou seja, não adianta ligar e agendar. Muito frustrante o atendimento um lixo.
It does not meet the scheduling times reported on the phone. I scheduled a consultation for 09:00, I arrived on time and I stayed for an hour and a half waiting ..... I wasted my time. The establishment does not respect the schedule of scheduled service, but the order of arrival of the patient to the place, that is, it is no use to call and schedule. Very frustrating the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marque para minha mãe uma consulta com hora marcada no proctologista 15:00hs. Perguntei antes de agendar se o horário é respeitado ou não é me foi informar o que era com hora marcada. Marquei e cheguei com uns 10 minutos de antecedência. Para minha "surpresa" não respeita horário.
Péssimo o atendimento é são mentiroso com relação ao horário. Sai de lá as 15:40hs e sem previsão de ser atendido.
PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.

Make an appointment with my mother at the proctologist at 3:00 pm. I asked before making an appointment if the time was respected or not. I was told what time it was by appointment. I booked and arrived about 10 minutes early. To my "surprise", he doesn't respect the schedule.
Badly the service is are a liar about the time. He leaves there at 3:40 pm and he doesn't expect to be seen.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr George Freiha. Esse nome não vou esquecer. Levei minha filha de 6 anos, fazendo otites de repetição e a base de antibióticos por alguns meses nesse "médico". Infelizmente. Fizemos uma audiometria lá q apontou q estava tudo bem, sendo q a criança estava com o ouvido cheio de muco. (Só soubemos pq a pediatra da minha filha nos alertou dizendo q era para eu procurar outro otorrino e repetir a audiometria em outro lugar). O Dr. George nunca pediu 1 exame específico para avaliar a criança e ficou meses me enrolando com receitas de sprays nasais e chegou a sugerir q o problema da criança fosse outro pq o ouvido estava ótimo. Não fosse eu escutar a pediatra e partir para a policlínica de Botafogo com minha filha, ela teria ficado surda. Lá sim, os OTORRINOS pediram uma NASOFIBROSCOPIA e a diagnosticaram com hipertrofia adenoideana. Hoje está completa ndo 8 dias q a minha pequena fez a cirurgia e a drenagem dos ouvidos. Valeu, Dr. George Freiha. O Sr. é muito simpático. Mas como médico otorrino... Pena dos inúmeros senhores e senhoras que ficam aguardando sua simpática consulta e recomendando o Sr. aos desesperados por uma luz no fim do túnel, como era o caso da minha pequenina. Tem nada não. Luz pro Sr.
Dr George Freiha. That name I will not forget. I took my 6-year-old daughter doing recurrent otitis and antibiotic-based for a few months at this "doctor." Unfortunately. We did an audiometry there that pointed out that everything was fine, being that the child had an ear full of mucus. (We only knew why my daughter's pediatrician warned us that I should look for another ENT and repeat audiometry elsewhere). Dr. George never asked for a specific exam to evaluate the child and he spent months wrapping me up with nasal sprays recipes and even suggested that the child's problem was another because the ear was great. Had it not been for me to listen to the pediatrician and go to the Botafogo Polyclinic with my daughter, she would have been deaf. Yes, the otorrins ordered a nasofibroscopy and diagnosed it with adenoid hypertrophy. Today is complete in 8 days when my little girl had surgery and ear drainage. Thanks, Dr. George Freiha. You are very nice. But as an ENT doctor ... Too bad for the countless ladies and gentlemen who are waiting for your kind consultation and recommending you to those desperate for a light at the end of the tunnel, as was the case with my little one. There is nothing. Light to Mr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito dos dentistas, sendo que nunca cumprem o horário de atendimento, isso é horrível, pois saio de longe e as recepcionistas não são solícitas, e parece que estão te fazendo um favor...
I really liked the dentists, as they never meet office hours, this is horrible, as I go out and the receptionists are not helpful, and it seems they are doing you a favor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo pela educação dos profissionais e pela estrutura da clínica. Dra Lilian é uma assumidade como dentista e a clínica em seu todo está de parabéns. Vi alguns comentários negtaivos sobre horário, mas aonde no Brasil a gente é atendido na hora marcada? Só em locais vazios mesmo. Paciência!
I recommend for the education of professionals and the structure of the clinic. Dr. Lilian is a regular as a dentist and the clinic as a whole is to be congratulated. I saw some negative comments about hours, but where in Brazil are we served at the appointed time? Only in empty places. Patience!

Terrible service, the Dr is only on Mondays, but it's impossible to have an appointment, he never is! I'm looking for some exams and no one can deliver.... Uneducated attendants!
