Qdo um serviço oferecido não é atendido e ainda o carro sai pior q entrou...melhor nem abrir ou fazer convênio c seguradoras! Nem estrela merecem!
 Terrible! Mercedes gla came out p repairs to the shop, left c scratches, choking and even stopped!
When a service offered is not serviced and still the car leaves worse than it entered ... better not to open or make covenant and insurers! Neither star deserve it!

Me passaram um orçamento para fazer um reparo com valor pouco abaixo da franquia do seguro. Não aceitei e me ofereceram um desconto, acertamos um valor menor e autorizei fazer o reparo. Me entregaram o carro com um evidente defeito e quando reclamei para deixar o carro em boas condições tive que voltar a deixá-lo na oficina e pagar um valor a mais assim que ao final o valor do reparo foi até mais do valor do primeiro orçamento com muito transtorno e prejuizo de ficar sem carro. Achei muita má fé, prestem atenção!!!
I don't recommend it, bad experience.
I was given a budget to make a repair with a value just below the insurance deductible. I didn't accept it and they offered me a discount, we got a lower price and authorized the repair. They gave me the car with an evident defect and when I complained to leave the car in good condition I had to leave it in the workshop and pay an extra amount so that in the end the repair amount was even more than the value of the first quote with a lot of inconvenience and damage from being without a car. I found it very bad faith, pay attention !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado pessoal com esta funilaria, há uns 2 anos levei meu carro após uma batida, além de me entregarem no prazo bem além do prometido,, tive que voltar lá porque não estava funcionando ar condicionado, depois quando percebi, estava sem estepe, voltei lá , eles não sabiam onde estava o estepe, me arrumaram um outro qualquer , até que UnB dia pneu furou e descubro que o estepe era de numeração menor, sem contar atendimento terrível de um cara lá .Só a mocinha recepcionista que é a única que se salva
Personal care with this body shop, about 2 years ago I took my car after a crash, in addition to being delivered on time well beyond what was promised, I had to go back there because the air conditioning wasn't working, then when I realized, I had no spare tire, I went back there , they didn't know where the spare tire was, they found me another one, until UnB had a flat tire and I found out that the spare tire had a smaller number, not to mention terrible service from a guy there. save
