Equipe completa, desde o serviço de emissão de boletos (básico em todas as administradoras de condomínio), mas principalmente gestão de todas as áreas que circundam a administração de um condomínio, suporte irrestrito ao Síndico e Condôminos e um eficiente suporte jurídico. Recomendo!
Freitas & Pozzatti was a game changer in the management of my Condominium in Ubatuba. Complete team, from the billing issuance service (basic in all condominium administrators), but mainly management of all areas surrounding the administration of a condominium, unrestricted support to the Receiver and Owners and efficient legal support. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA administradora de condomínios. Não responde e-mails. Não orienta devidamente os condôminos. Incapaz de cadastrar pagamento dos boletos por meio de DDA. Enfim, não vejo a hora de abrir votação para trocar de administradora.Não merece nem uma estrela!
LAST condominium administrator. Does not answer emails. It does not properly guide the tenants. Unable to register payment of slips through DDA. Anyway, I can't wait to open a vote to change administrators. You don't even deserve a star!

Sempre q os boletos vencem nos fins de semana, na segunda feira eles já estão bloqueados no App. Ligo lá, além de ficar por muito tempo em espera (ouvindo uma gravação chata) , parece q é um favor emitirem um boleto. Já tive q fazer acordo judicial em duas parcelas pq eles se negaram a emitir o último boleto q havia vencido no sabado !
Um boleto q vence no fim de semana , não estar disponivel para impressão na segunda feira é um absurdo. Eu ainda escuto ao ligar la q tem q ser autorizado pelo juridico, q nao é um direito meu e q depende do "entendimento da situação "
Oq me consola é, q ao entrar aqui , percebo q não sou a única insatisfeita!

Whenever the tickets expire on weekends, on Monday they are already blocked in the App. I call there, besides being on hold for a long time (listening to a boring recording), it seems that it is a favor to issue a ticket. I had to make a judicial agreement in two installments because they refused to issue the last payment slip that I had won on Saturday!
A ticket that expires on the weekend, not being available for printing on Monday is absurd. I still listen when I call it q has to be authorized by the legal person, q is not my right and q depends on the "understanding of the situation"
What consoles me is, when I enter here, I realize that I am not the only dissatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão cobrando taxa de manutenção do clube que não posso utilizar, pois não estão cadastrando biometria há quase um mês. Mas os boletos já enviaram. Somente judicialmente para resolver problemas com eles.
They are charging a club maintenance fee that I can't use because they haven't been registering biometrics for almost a month. But the billets have already sent. Only judicially to solve problems with them.

Entraram em contato por telefone, resolveram meu problema. Porém ainda é um descaso ter q ficar correndo atrás do serviço. Fui bem atendido e solução satisfatória. Infelizmente fica mais marcado a exp. negativa.

HORRIVEL! PELO AMOR DE DEUS!! Estou a 20min no atendimento eletronico deles e ninguem me atende!!! Fala q meu boleto está na conta associada a um codigo do beneficiario que NÃO EXISTE NOS MEUS DADOS CADASTRADOS! E pra resolver tem q entrar em contato com a administradora.... to esperando.... (entraram em contato, esperando uma solução)

They got in touch by phone, solved my problem. However, it is still a neglect to have to run after the service. I was well attended and satisfactory solution. Unfortunately the exp is more marked. negative.

HORRIBLE! FOR GOD'S SAKE!! I'm 20min in their electronic service and no one answers me !!! Say my bill is in the account associated with a code of the beneficiary that DOES NOT EXIST IN MY REGISTRATION DATA! And to resolve it you have to contact the administrator .... I'm waiting .... (they got in touch, waiting for a solution)
