Solicitei atendimento 4x, 2 pelo site 2 por links que me enviaram por email.
Me responderam o email dizendo que a responsável pelo setor entraria em contato a partir de 13:00, estou esperando até hoje.
Também me disseram que é melhor eu ligar para não esperar, agora entendi pq, pq nunca entram em contato com cliente.
obs: 4x é insistência, não vejo cliente correndo atrás de fornecedores.

I requested 4x service, 2 through site 2 for links that sent me by email.
They answered the email saying that the person in charge of the sector would get in touch from 13:00, I'm waiting until today.
They also told me that I had better call not wait, now I understand why, because they never contact the customer.
obs: 4x is insistence, I do not see customer rushing behind suppliers.

Contratamos o serviço a cerca de 2 anos atras, todo o suporte foi dado para que pudessemos fazer a integração via API. O time incluiu todas as nossas tabelas de transportadora no sistema, auxiliou nossas transportadoras nesse processo tambem. Sempre funcionou corretamente frete rapido x e-commerce. Ja trocamos de HUB de integração e pessoal sempre nos auxiliou em resolver problemas que nem era de responsabilidade deles. O suporte é rapido, e o time é excelente. Super recomendo.
Excellent service from hiring to day-to-day support!
We hired the service about 2 years ago, all the support was given so that we could integrate via API. The team included all our carrier tables in the system, helped our carriers in this process as well. It always worked correctly fast shipping x e-commerce. We've already changed integration HUB and staff has always helped us solve problems that weren't even their responsibility. Support is fast, and the team is excellent. I highly recommend.
