★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para remarcar uma consulta de USG das Mamas no GRUPO AMIGO do PARQUE SHOPPING e fui informada que não poderia fazer a remarcação porque não sabia o nome da médica que iria me atender. Como assim? Eles não tem acesso às informações no cadastro do paciente?
ps: Entraram em contato comigo e problema foi resolvido. :)
I called to reschedule a USG consultation of the Mamas at GRUPO AMIGO at PARQUE SHOPPING and was informed that I could not make the appointment because I did not know the name of the doctor who would attend me. As well? Do they not have access to the information in the patient record?
ps: They contacted me and the problem was solved. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora logo no início na recepção, esperamos mais de 1 h apenas pra fazer o cadastro, algo que poderia ser disponibilizado previamente no site, ruim também para estacionar, NÃO RECOMENDO.
Much delay right at the beginning at the reception, we wait more than 1 h just to register, something that could be previously made available on the website, also bad for parking, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc já paga um preço caro para ter um ultrassom e não tem o retorno de atendimento digno de um sistema privado que na teoria deveria ser melhor que o público. Falo muito mais pela espera e falta de dinamismo no atendimento.
Entre espera e ultrassom, eu e minha esposa grávida ficamos na clínica quase 4hrs affff!

Não querendo ser injusto, a clínica é confortável! ?
You already pay an expensive price to have an ultrasound and do not have the return of care worthy of a private system that in theory should be better than the public. I speak much more for the wait and lack of dynamism in the service.
Between waiting and ultrasound, my pregnant wife and I stayed at the clinic almost 4hrs affff!
Ridiculous that!
Not wanting to be unfair, the clinic is comfortable! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei impressionada. Pior, impossível! A clínica me passou uma imagem tão negativa, q ñ retornei pra mostrar o exame ao médico. Ñ confiei na médica. Demora, atendimento tô nem aí. Nem todo atendimento do Sus.
