O atendimento até que não é ruim, no entanto, combinaram de entregar minha encomenda às nove horas da manhã, agora são dez e quarenta e ainda não recebi. Estou fazendo a reclamação, pois tenho inúmeras outras coisas para resolver, estou atrasada, preciso sair e não posso, já que a empresa não cumpriu com o combinado. O certo é que após esta experiência, não mais contratarei serviços ou produtos desta empresa. Insatisfeita!!!!!
It is the first time that I contract the services of this company and I have already been disappointed. The service isn't bad, however, they agreed to deliver my order at nine o'clock in the morning, now it's ten forty and I still haven't received it. I am making the complaint, because I have many other things to solve, I am late, I need to leave and I cannot, since the company did not comply with the agreement. What is certain is that after this experience, I will no longer hire services or products from this company. Unsatisfied !!!!!
