I always buy meat in this location since its inauguration, but for some time now I have had the misfortune to request a certain cut and when I get home, I didn't even clean the meat, I ordered steak and cut the meat anyway. it was always good for the good professionals that I had, nowadays I see new faces that don't have the same treatment as the old ones.
