★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre uso os serviços, o atendimento da equipe de entrega é bom, porém mandei para um cliente uma mercadoria que chegou quebrada e tive que ficar no prejuízo pois não admitiram a culpa, pelo volume de transações que faço com a empresa acredito que eles poderiam ter resolvido, pois o valor é baixo, não é pelo valor e sim pela forma que a gerência tratou meu caso, uma pena pois agora estou trabalhando mais com outras transportadoras.
I always use the services, the service from the delivery team is good, but I sent a customer a product that arrived broken and I had to stay at a loss because they did not admit the fault, due to the volume of transactions I do with the company, I believe they could have resolved, because the value is low, it is not for the value but for the way that the management treated my case, a pity because now I am working more with other carriers.
