I didn't know the Cold Air Conditioning COMPANY. I needed to install an air conditioning unit and I requested a visit from a technician to make a quote. The technician demonstrated knowledge and his explanation of how the service would be performed gave me confidence to schedule the service.
The installation date was scheduled and complied with regularly. The service was done and I was very pleased. The price charged was fair. Professionals are competent and organized.
I recommend FRIOCOMPANY to everyone who needs air conditioning installation.

O técnico Danilo foi muito prestativo e observou com cuidado a nova instalação da infra da nossa nova sala. Graças a ele soubemos que o ponto de energia do condensador externo não estava ligado no local certo e que as tubulações de ar não estavam com tamanho adequado a potência da máquina. Se não fosse alterado os diâmetros das tubulações o aparelho não conseguiria funcionar plenamente, aumentaria o consumo de energia e em poucos meses apresentaria problemas. Após a instalação na sala, o Danilo fez todos os testes necessários para verificar se estava tudo correto. Recomendamos o serviço deles com tranquilidade.
We had a great experience with Friocompany's support in maintaining our device and installing it in our new office. Technician Danilo was very helpful and carefully observed the new installation of the infrastructure of our new room. Thanks to him, we learned that the power point of the external condenser was not connected in the right place and that the air pipes were not adequately sized for the power of the machine. If the diameters of the pipes were not changed, the device would not be able to function fully, energy consumption would increase and in a few months it would have problems. After installation in the room, Danilo did all the necessary tests to verify that everything was correct. We recommend their service with confidence.

Desde a 1ª visita, já pude notar a honestidade e transparência da empresa, e isso foi levado até o momento da negociação.
Quando fechamos o contrato, a empresa me deu um prazo de 3 dias para finalizar o serviço, porém os mesmos realizaram em 1.
O pacote contratado foi o completo, desde a quebra da parade, o fechamento da mesma e a compra/instalação do ar.
O serviço foi realizado de forma rápida e perfeita, tds os acabamento foram feitos, inclusive os detalhes do gesso do banheiro.
Os profissionais que vieram em casa foram Técnico responsável Danilo Porphirio Vensol e ajudante Dezaique Santana.
Com certeza indicarei os serviços da empresa e estarei sempre com eles para manutenção e instalação de novos aparelhos.

Since the 1st visit, I could already notice the company's honesty and transparency, and this was carried through to the negotiation.
When we closed the contract, the company gave me a deadline of 3 days to complete the service, but they did it in 1.
The contracted package was the complete one, from the breaking of the wall, its closing and the purchase/installation of the air.
The service was carried out quickly and perfectly, all finishes were done, including the details of the bathroom plaster.
The professionals who came to the house were Technician Danilo Porphirio Vensol and helper Dezaique Santana.
I will certainly recommend the company's services and I will always be with them for maintenance and installation of new appliances.
