They said they were going to my house to look at the fridge and they didn't go. They work on the sidewalk disturbing passersby and getting everything wet, and making noise all day.

Mentira torna vocês ainda menos profissionais!! Vocês nem sugeriram que eu pagasse a visita!! A pessoa que me atendeu ia anotar meu endereço e quando eu disse que era no Palmital ela disse que eu tinha que levar a geladeira. Eu disse que não poderia fazer isso, e vocês encerraram o assunto dizendo que não tinha disponibilidade de ir tão longe. Em nenhum momento vocês disseram sobre pagar a visita do técnico!! Péssima empresa!! Mentir pra justificar sua falta de profissionalismo só piora a situação de vocês! Nossas avaliações aqui são justamente para identificar péssimas empresas como vocês!

Lying makes you even less professional !! You didn't even suggest that I pay the visit !! The person who answered me was going to write down my address and when I said it was at Palmital she said I had to take the fridge. I said I couldn't do that, and you closed the subject by saying that I had no availability to go that far. At no time did you say about paying the technician's visit !! Bad company !! Lying to justify your lack of professionalism only makes your situation worse! Our evaluations here are precisely to identify bad companies like you!
