★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto dia 20/12/21 e paguei pelo frete expresso para receber em 3 dias, no tele vendas da Frio Peças e também no site informaram que iria receber até dia 23/12/21, mas no código de rastreio da transportadora informa que vou receber somente dia 29/12/21, sendo que está previsão é para o frete normal, tento contato com a empresa desde dia 21/12/21 e não me atendem no telefone e nem respondem e-mail, total descaso com o cliente.
I bought a product on 12/20/21 and paid for express shipping to receive it in 3 days, on Frio Peças' telesales and also on the website they informed that I would receive it until 12/23/21, but the carrier's tracking code informs that I will only receive it on 12/29/21, and this forecast is for normal shipping, I have been contacting the company since 12/21/21 and they do not answer me on the phone or email, total disregard with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Grill Mallory Asteria Compact Inox na Friopeças, o mesmo foi entregue com embalagem violada e o produto usado.
Solicitei a troca do produto,mais a empresa vem passando vários prazos para a troca que não vem sendo cumpridos.
inclusive mandei vários emails cobrando uma solução para o caso e mesmo assim eles não respondem.
I bought a Mallory Asteria Compact Inox Grill at Friopeças, it was delivered with broken packaging and the product was used.
I requested to exchange the product, but the company has been passing several deadlines for the exchange that have not been met.
I even sent several emails asking for a solution to the case and even so they do not respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de Mal caráter, mal adiministrada não entrega o produto, não atualiza o status da localização do seu produto , qndo é solicitado cancelamento vc tem que esperar a mercadoria chegar no CD , e qndo a mercadoria chega nunca é atualizada pelo setor responsável,os atendentes fica falando a mesma coisa que o setor responsável não atualizou e que prazo é de trinta dias ..um absurdo isso ..pesquise muito bem antes não compre nessa empresa .
Bad character, poorly managed company does not deliver the product, does not update the status of the location of your product, when cancellation is requested you have to wait for the goods to arrive at the CD, and when the goods arrive it is never updated by the responsible sector, the attendants they keep saying the same thing that the responsible department did not update and that the deadline is thirty days ..this is absurd ..research very well before buying from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um ar condicionado 12000 btus pelo magazine luiza, do parceiro frio peças que ficaram de me entregar dia 14 de dezembro paguei avista no pix nao chegou, na semana passada pedi o cancelamento e até agora nao recebi meu dinheiro de volta, eles so responden com mensagens repetidas e ficam me enrolando, uma falta de respeito muito grande com os clientes, estou indignada
I bought a 12000 btus air conditioner from Luiza magazine, from the cold partner, parts that were supposed to be delivered to me on December 14th. I paid the sight in the pix, it didn't arrive, last week I asked for a cancellation and so far I haven't received my money back, they only answer with repeated messages and they keep me hanging, a very big lack of respect with the customers, I'm outraged
