Me chamo Alan Pereira e sou cliente a no minimo 5 anos e por conta de um erro grotesco de representante que me assiste,não estou conseguindo fazer novo pedido.
O vendedor errou por três vezes no meu pedido e ainda colocou meu titulo em protesto.
Agora não me atende para eu fazer novo pedido e a representante da Frisa em Niterói RJ pelo canal de vendas não faz meu pedido,alegando que só o vendedor pode tirar meu pedido.
A 7 anos tenho meus clientes servidos pela linguiça mista da frisa e hoje estou correndo um grande risco de não ser assistindo pela CiA Frisa para servir meus clientes com a qualidade frisa.
Por favor,preciso de um feedback da companhia para resolver o quanto antes este problema.

My name is Alan Pereira and I've been a customer for at least 5 years and due to a grotesque mistake on the part of the representative who assists me, I'm not able to place a new order.
The seller made a mistake three times in my order and even put my title in protest.
Now he doesn't answer me so I can place a new order and the Frisa representative in Niterói RJ through the sales channel doesn't place my order, claiming that only the seller can take my order.
For 7 years I have had my customers served by Frisa's mixed sausage and today I am taking a great risk of not being assisted by CiA Frisa to serve my customers with the quality frisa.
Please, I need feedback from the company to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
